ANATOLIY KHMARA

Anatoliy Khmara (b. 21 January, 1956) is an Ukrainian fine art painter and stained glass artist born in Kyiv who immigrated to the United States in 1998.
Khmara received a Masterfs Degree from the Fedorov Institute of Art and Graphic Design in Kyiv, Ukraine, 1981. Khmara is the Founder and Program Director of the Medici Art Center in Chicago, Illinois.
His award-winning paintings are held in the collections of Ukrainian Embassies in Washington, D.C., Egypt and Austria, in addition to being treasured by private collectors throughout the United States and Europe. Khmara is the recipient of the United Nations Fiftieth Anniversary Painting Competition Award, 1996. In describing his art Khmara says "The credo of my work is to utilize and incorporate the sensational combination of color."

Anatoliy Khmara donated several of his sought after original watercolors. These priceless watercolors are painted on acid-free archival fine art paper are available at $350 each, unframed. Framing and matting are available upon request at an additional cost.

Lark Pilinsky

Born in the remote mountains of central Asia, where her father was a geologist, and surrounded by wild nature, beautiful minerals and semi-
precious stones, Lark developed from her childhood intimate relationship with the world around her.

Using her unique style, composed from meditation and intuition, Lark brings subconscious reflections of nature into her art, inviting viewers to experience its healing powers. Her art also sends an environmental message to save the beauty of nature for future
generations.

Since Lark emigrated from Russia to the United States in 1993 her award-winning artworks has been recognized by respected critics and dealers and featured at many prestigious juried shows in U.S., Russia, France, Japan and Armenia. In 2009-2011 article s about Lark's art and achievements were published in the Immigrant Magazine and the Art-to-Art Pallete Journal describing her work and career. Lark also is the founder and President of LarkGallery Online and is actively involved in the educational, curatorial and fund-raising activities.
